1. Students belongs to Rawalpindi/Islamabad,AJK, Hazara and Malakand Division

2. Students (male/female) from Urban Area Edu. Institutes obtained 80% and above marks

3. Students from Rural Educational Institute obtained 70% and above marks

4. Students appeared/passed during 2014

5. Top 20 of any board/district

Documents required:

1.  Copy of Father/Guardian’s CNIC

2.  CNIC/ B Farm of student (photo copy)

2.  Attested Copy of Mark Sheet/ Result Card

3.  Latest Photograph of student (Passport size)

Note:

1.  Photo copy of this form is also acceptable

2.  Last Date of Registration 15th Sept., 2014
